• What is the monthly cost?
  Residential rates for unlimited out of state (Domestic 48 States) calling for New Hampshire residents is $9.95 for a monthly flat rate, and you can add in state calling for $5.00 more.
• Do I need to sign a contract?
  No. The service is based on month to month basis. Minimum service term is 30 days. All cancellations require a 30 day cancellation notice.
• Do I need to change my local or long distance provider?
  No. You do not need to change your current providers.
• How does the service work?
  Metro2000 offers local access numbers throughout New Hampshire, customers select the local number to access Metro2000's local switch where their account is identified by the phone number they are calling from and are asked to dial the number they would like to reach. Customers can register one phone number which they like to access the service from per account or the service can be accessed from any other phone by dialing a special pin number.
• Can I call International numbers?
  Yes. You can call to numbers that are not part of your unlimited calling plan at very low rates per minute.
• Can I use this service from my Cell Phone?
  Yes. You can access our service from any phone and from anywhere.
• Do I have to register a phone number if I go to another phone temporarily?
  No. The originating number you register will have direct access, but if you visit a friend, you can still use their phone with your special pin code to identify yourself and make phone calls (additional charges may apply).
• Is this a Voice Over IP service?
  No. This is not a VoIP telephone service. Where you keep your traditional telephone service with your local phone company and still have full E911 capabilities and immune to power or internet outages which are provided by your traditional telephone service, Metro2000 offers you unlimited long distance calling through traditional telephone network.

The Unlimited Long Distance plan is designed for residential voice calls terminating within the United States. This plan may not be used to place calls to on-line data services, or Internet access services. The plan cannot be used for any commercial use or for any services that do not involve a person-to-person conversation or voice messages. The Unlimited Long Distance Plan does not include charges incurred for calling card services, calls to International exchanges, or calls to 900 numbers, Directory Assistance, or operator services. Metro2000 reserves the right to discontinue or change service to customers on the Unlimited Long Distance Plan that are determined to have long distance calling patterns that are atypical of normal residential usage. If the Company determines that usage is not consistent with typical residential Customer usage, the Customer may be subject to discontinuation of this service, an additional fee or offered an alternative plan at the Company's sole discretion.
